Adachi Fireworks

Adachi Fireworks is an annual festival held along the Arakawa River in Tokyo that launches approximately 13,600 fireworks in just one hour. The event draws hundreds of thousands of visitors who gather along the riverbanks to watch the display.

The festival was founded in 1924 and marks the beginning of summer season celebrations in Tokyo. Since its establishment, it has continued annually and become a long-standing tradition in the city.
