Aqua Town Nayabashi

Aqua Town Nayabashi is a residential skyscraper in Nagoya's Meieki district featuring 33 floors and reaching 118 meters high. The structure integrates apartments with retail spaces and office areas, serving as a mixed-use development in the city center.

The building was constructed between 2004 and 2006 by Nishimatsu Construction during a major redevelopment period in central Nagoya. This wave of development transformed the downtown business district into its modern form.

The structure represents the Japanese approach to urban housing solutions, combining residential spaces with modern architectural elements in a dense city center.

The building sits near Nagoya Station with convenient access to multiple transit lines and nearby shops. The location in a busy downtown area provides residents with easy access to daily services and transportation options.
