CiC

CiC is a modern shopping building directly beside Toyama Station spanning six floors. Inside you'll find fashion stores, restaurants, beauty services, public facilities, and specialized retail shops spread across its levels.

The building was created in 1992 as part of a larger modernization project for Toyama's station area. This development brought new commercial spaces and facilities to the city center.

The fourth floor houses the Toyama Children's Plaza and South Library, where families find learning materials and play spaces. These areas serve as important gathering spots for residents spending time with their children.

The building connects directly to the station, making arrival and shopping very convenient. Plan around standard daytime hours and note that the third Tuesday of each month is a rest day.

The basement level features local vendors selling fresh seafood, Toyama sake, and traditional Japanese products specific to the northern coastal region. These specialized items are difficult to find elsewhere.
