Okazaki Central Park General Gymnasium

Okazaki Central Park General Gymnasium is a sports complex with a main hall of approximately 2,600 square meters (28,000 square feet) that can be reconfigured depending on events. The space holds about 2,300 spectators in movable seating plus fixed upper-level seats, and includes separate training rooms and dedicated martial arts halls.

The facility opened in 1991 as part of a larger park development aimed at improving sports infrastructure in Aichi Prefecture. It represents a key milestone in developing modern competitive venues for the city of Okazaki.

The facility hosts two traditional martial arts dojos where Kendo and Judo are regularly practiced. Visitors can observe Japanese martial arts culture in its authentic setting here.
