日本基督教団東梅田教会, Protestant church in Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan
The Higashi-Umeda Church building features stained glass windows that depict religious themes and contains a modern pipe organ for musical performances.
Founded in 1889 by South Methodist Church missionaries from America, the church underwent several mergers before adopting its current name in 1953.
The church structure combines Western religious architecture with Japanese design elements, reflecting the integration of Christianity into Japanese society.
Sunday worship services include biblical readings and sermon audio messages, with regular pipe organ concerts scheduled throughout the calendar year.
The 2001 reconstruction created a barrier-free building that serves both religious ceremonies and community activities in the Kita-ku district.
