Visitors can access the museum Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 to 17:00, weekends until 19:00, with closures on Mondays and December 28 to January 2.

The institution functions simultaneously as a broadcasting headquarters, science museum, and children's educational center, offering specialized programs for different age groups.
