Kanamoto Hall

The main auditorium contains 1,500 seats distributed across three levels, with 476 seats on the first floor, 694 on the second, and 330 on the third.

The venue received its current name from the Kanamoto Corporation, which supported the municipal performing arts through a naming rights agreement in recent years.

The concert hall presents diverse programs throughout the year, including classical music performances, traditional Japanese concerts, high school band competitions, and theatrical productions.

Located near Exit 31 of Odori Station on the Namboku and Toho subway lines, the hall stands at a 15-minute walking distance from JR Sapporo Station.

The hall features 16 dedicated wheelchair spaces and includes four divisible backstage rooms that can be configured into six separate chambers when needed.
