Roadside station Utsunomiya romantic-Mura is a recreational park stretching across approximately 46 hectares, divided into three distinct sections: Village Area, Forest Area, and Rural Area. The facility combines outdoor spaces with a marketplace and activity zones designed for different types of visitors.

The facility began operations in 2012, establishing itself as a recreational destination in the Utsunomiya region. An official opening ceremony took place several months after initial operations commenced, marking the site's formal launch.

The marketplace serves as a gathering point where visitors encounter locally grown produce and regional specialties. People come here to discover craft beverages made from barley grown in the surrounding area and other goods from local producers.

The location is accessible by bus from the city center, with a journey taking around 40 minutes from JR Utsunomiya Station. Visitors should plan their arrival with this travel time in mind when organizing their visit.

The site features Rose Hat, a large tropical garden under cover where visitors can see plants from warm climates. The building's design incorporates stone from a nearby quarry, giving it a local material connection.
