Alley Karasukojima

Alley Karasukojima is a waterfront park along Kure Bay with landscaped paths and viewing platforms. The space features access to the waterfront, preserved structures, and clear sightlines across the bay.

The land served as a torpedo launching training ground in the Taisho era and became a public park in 1985. This shift shows how a military site was converted to community use.
