TNC TV Building

The TNC TV Building is an office tower in Fukuoka housing broadcast production facilities and studio spaces. The structure rises from the coastal Momochi-hama district and features a mixed steel and reinforced concrete design that reflects the technical needs of a major media center.

The building was constructed between 1993 and 1996 by Takenaka Corporation following the network's establishment in 1991. It became part of Fukuoka's transformation into a media hub along the waterfront.

The building serves as the main production hub for Television Nishinippon Corporation, one of the major broadcasters serving the western regions. You can sense the media activity around the facility as production teams move through its studios and editing spaces throughout the day.

The building is located in Momochi-hama, a modern waterfront district that is easy to reach with parking available. It sits near Fukuoka Tower and other attractions in the coastal area.

The tower stands directly on the waterfront and overlooks the modern bay landscape alongside other landmarks in the area. Its location makes it a visual anchor in Fukuoka's planned coastal development.
