安楽寺

The main temple building features a traditional Japanese architectural design with a white Chinese-style entrance gate and a two-storey pagoda.

Following destruction in the 16th century by warlord Chosokabe Motochika, the temple complex was reconstructed and designated as an Ekiroji for travelers.

The temple organizes morning ceremonies where visitors can experience Buddhist practices and learn about traditional temple customs from resident monks.

The temple lodging facility contains 80 rooms equipped with tatami floors and provides Buddhist vegetarian meals prepared according to traditional methods.

The temple grounds include a Benten Pond where numerous koi carp swim beneath the surface of the water near the pagoda structure.
