The Chibagin Makuhari Building is an office structure with 11 floors above ground and one basement level, containing modern workspaces and retail areas. The facility spans roughly 3,200 square meters of office space with contemporary design throughout.
The building was originally constructed in 1991 as BMW Japan headquarters and passed through several ownership changes over the decades. In 2016 it became the administrative center of the Chiba Bank Group.
The building marks the growth of Makuhari as a business hub and brings together multiple Chiba Bank Group companies under one roof.
The building sits roughly eight minutes on foot from JR Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it easily accessible by train. The location places it in the middle of Makuhari's business area with good urban connectivity.
