安楽寺

The temple grounds contain multiple Buddhist statues scattered throughout a bamboo grove, alongside a two-story pagoda and Benten Pond with koi fish.

Following its establishment in the Heian period, this temple was relocated to its current location under the patronage of Hachisuka Iemasa during the 16th century.

The temple offers morning prayers and traditional activities such as indigo dyeing, sutra copying, and Buddha statue drawing for visitors to experience Buddhist practices.

Pilgrims and tourists can stay in the temple's shukubo lodgings, which include 80 rooms equipped with tatami floors and serve Buddhist vegetarian meals.

The temple grounds feature a white Chinese-style gate leading to a tsuyado gatehouse that provides free accommodation specifically for walking pilgrims.
