Tamanawa Museum

Tamanawa Museum sits within the grounds of Ryūhō-ji temple and houses archaeological artifacts and historical documents in a contemporary building. The museum was founded in 2020 to preserve artifacts from the former Tamanawa Castle, built in 1512 as a fortified stronghold. This castle was a key location during regional territorial disputes that shaped the area in the 16th century.
