The Księżówka Training Center includes three specialized fitness areas for cardio workouts, weight training, and functional exercises with modern equipment throughout the facility.
The establishment was constructed between 1898 and 1902 as a holiday home, later evolving into a comprehensive training and educational facility in the Tatra Mountains region.
The center maintains connections with local traditions by organizing events featuring highlander bands, regional dances, and traditional performances throughout the year.
The fitness park section operates daily from 8:00 AM until dusk, providing visitors access to exercise equipment through a dedicated walkway and bicycle path.
The facility offers direct views of the Giewont peak while providing spaces for conferences, family gatherings, and professional training sessions in the mountain environment.
