The Church of the Immaculate Conception in Poznań is a neo-baroque building with a single nave, transept, and presbytery covered by barrel and cross vaults. The site also includes a bell tower and a small chapel displaying an image of Mary and the Christ Child.

A church once stood on this site in the 12th or 13th century, dedicated to All Saints, but it burned down in 1260. The present structure was built later in this part of the city.
