Osiedle Pomet

Osiedle Pomet is a residential estate in eastern Poznań comprising multiple housing sections with multi-story apartment buildings. The complex spreads across several streets and neighborhoods, creating a mixed residential area.

The estate developed in the 1960s as housing cooperatives in the area merged their operations and resources. It later became integrated into the Nowe Miasto district and has remained a significant residential area since.

The estate maintains a community council at School No. 46 on Inowrocławska Street, where residents gather for administrative meetings and neighborhood activities.

The estate is well connected by public transport with tram lines 6 and 8 and several bus routes serving the area regularly. Multiple stops are located throughout the complex, making it easy to reach central Poznań and other neighborhoods.

The estate divides into four distinct sections: Pomet I with one five-story building, Pomet II near Nadolnik, Pomet III with four floors, and Pomet IV with multiple high-rises.
