Wilczak is a residential district in Stare Winogrady that stretches along a street connecting Naramowicka and Lechicka. The area features modern apartment buildings mixed with green spaces and sits in the eastern section of this larger neighborhood near the Warta river.
The area underwent major transformation after the former Wilmarkt shopping center was demolished in 2007. This clearance made way for new residential developments that reshaped the district's character.
The district forms part of the eastern section of Stare Winogrady, incorporating modern residential estates with traditional urban planning elements near the Warta river.
The neighborhood is well served by public transportation with multiple bus stops at Wilczak I and II. Various bus lines connect the area to different parts of the city.
The newest residential buildings here were completed in 2020 and include solar panel systems. They offer different sizes from studio apartments to four-room units, many with private gardens.
