Wilczak

The neighborhood stretches along a one-kilometer street that connects Naramowicka and Lechicka Streets, featuring residential complexes and green spaces.

The former Wilmarkt shopping center occupied part of this area until 2007, when it was demolished to make space for new residential developments.

The district forms part of the eastern section of Stare Winogrady, incorporating modern residential estates with traditional urban planning elements near the Warta river.

Public transportation includes multiple bus lines at Wilczak I and II stops, connecting residents to different parts of Poznań through routes 167, 174, 183, and 185.

Six modern multi-family buildings constructed in 2020 feature photovoltaic systems and range from studio apartments to four-room configurations with private gardens.
