Wilczak is a residential district in Stare Winogrady that stretches along a street connecting Naramowicka and Lechicka. The area features modern apartment buildings mixed with green spaces and sits in the eastern section of this larger neighborhood near the Warta river.
The area underwent major transformation after the former Wilmarkt shopping center was demolished in 2007. This clearance made way for new residential developments that reshaped the district's character.
