The Genex Tower consists of two connected concrete towers reaching 35 floors with a circular rotating restaurant bridge at their summit point.
Completed in 1980 during Yugoslavia's modernization period, this building represented the architectural ambitions of the socialist government under Marshal Tito's leadership.
The structure combines residential spaces and corporate offices, reflecting the socialist vision of integrating work and living spaces in urban developments.
Located near Nikola Tesla Airport, the building contains 383 apartments in one tower and office spaces in the second, connected by a rotating restaurant.
The rotating restaurant platform between the towers serves as a connecting bridge, creating a distinctive silhouette against Belgrade's skyline.
