Anniversary Bridge

Anniversary Bridge is a pedestrian crossing over the Pregolja River with wrought-iron railings that show detailed decorative patterns. The structure serves as a daily route between different parts of the city and has become an integral passage for foot traffic.

The structure was built during Prussian rule and originally called Kaiserbrücke before its renaming around 2005. The name change marked the city's 750-year milestone and reflects the transition between different periods of the city's identity.
