The Revenue House of Sariyevs features granite lesenes and decorative keystones across its facade at number 94 Bolshaya Sadovaya Street.
Built in 1902 by architect Andrei Fyodorovich Nidermeyer, the building served as a commercial establishment and later housed the Maxim Gorky library.
The building represents regional cultural heritage, displaying architectural elements that merge Russian and European Art Nouveau design principles.
