Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, Educational center on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
The Palace of Children and Youth Creativity houses multiple departments providing educational programs in science, arts, and technical disciplines for children aged 5 to 18.
The institution began operations in May 1936 as the Palace of Pioneers and October, relocating to the former Volga-Kama Bank Building on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street.
Ten specialized departments within the palace offer programs ranging from military-patriotic education to music studios, applied arts, and ecological studies.
The palace employs 300 educators who guide approximately 1,100 children through various educational activities and skill development programs throughout the academic year.
During the 1990s financial crisis, the institution established museums focusing on regional narratives and launched the 'Petit' club for young journalists.
