Trading house of Yablokovy, Merchant house at Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, Rostov-on-Don, Russia
The Trading House of Yablokovy stands as a two-story construction with large decorated windows and distinct architectural elements on its facade at number 64.
Built in 1898 by architect E.M. Gulin, this structure housed commercial enterprises on the first floor and the Fortuna cellar for theatrical performances.
The second floor contained one of southern Russia's first electrobiographers in 1904, later becoming Cinema Olimp and maintaining operations until the 1990s.
The building contains retail spaces on the ground level, while the upper floor features decorative stonework including recurring motifs of Hermes heads.
Each pillar displays detailed stucco work of caduceus, while the central second-floor window incorporates a loggia with a small balcony.
