The Trading House of Yablokovy is a two-story building with large ornate windows and distinctive architectural details along Bolshaya Sadovaya Street at number 64. The facade features elaborate stucco work on the pillars and decorative motifs with Hermes heads on the upper floor.
The building was constructed in 1898 by architect E.M. Gulin and initially contained commercial businesses and the Fortuna cellar for theatrical performances. It gained one of southern Russia's first cinema spaces in 1904, transforming into a major entertainment venue.
