Two Captains

This administrative and governmental residence in Krasnogorsk stands 107.6 meters tall with a contemporary design of glass and steel components. The structure houses multiple offices and departments of the Moscow Oblast regional government within its framework.

Construction started in 2006 and was completed in 2020, after which the building became the official seat of the Moscow Oblast Duma. The extended timeline of the project reflects its scale as a major regional administrative center.

The structure takes its name from a famous novel and symbolizes the administrative role of the region. Its tall silhouette has become a recognizable landmark in the local skyline.

The building is located near Moscow's northwestern boundary and stands prominently visible from the surrounding area. As a governmental seat, it is not open to the general public but can be viewed from outside.

The project required an investment of 13.2 billion Russian rubles, making it one of the largest infrastructure undertakings in the region. This substantial funding allowed for the creation of a facility with advanced technical standards throughout its design.
