The Kostino Estate complex features traditional Russian architectural elements with multiple buildings spread across landscaped grounds in the northern part of Korolyov.

During the 1920s and 1930s, the estate became part of the Bolshevo Commune, where experimental social programs focused on education and rehabilitation of former street children.

Artist Vasily Maslov created detailed frescoes within the estate depicting industrial themes and labor movements representative of early 20th century Russian society.

The estate grounds connect to multiple public transportation routes and provide access to neighboring cultural attractions within the Kostino district of Korolyov.

Architects Alexander Langman and Leonid Cherikover designed the Stroyburo House within the estate as an educational center with specific spaces for communal activities.
