Васильевское, 19th century estate in Ruzsky District, Russia
The estate features a two-story main house, residential buildings, manager's quarters, and stables designed in Art Nouveau style with high chimneys.
Built in the late 1800s by architect F.O. Shekhtel for P.P. von Derwies, son of a prominent railway constructor who developed the Moscow-Ryazan line.
The estate maintained horse breeding facilities with stables for 30 horses, along with organized field cultivation and beekeeping operations.
The estate contains preserved elements including a church, towers with fencing, an entrance alley, and park fragments on both sides of Moscow River.
The stable complex features a central risalit with four tall smoke stacks and high side wings covered by gabled roofs with hipped ends.
