Novy Okkervil, Residential complex in Kudrovo, Russia.

Novy Okkervil is a large residential complex in Kudrovo with a complex structure of multiple separate entrances and numerous apartments. The site spans multiple tall building blocks connected together, creating a substantial residential neighborhood with varied interior and exterior spaces.

The project was completed in the 2010s and brought large-scale modern housing to the growing suburb near Saint Petersburg. This development marked a turning point in the area's urban expansion.

The ground floor houses everyday shops and services where residents gather for daily errands, making the residential area a natural meeting point. This variety of local businesses shapes how people spend their time in and around the complex.

Before exploring, understand that the site is quite extensive with multiple distinct zones and entrances spread across the area. It helps to take time wandering through different sections to get a sense of how the various neighborhoods within the complex connect.

The complex has its own onsite kindergarten for residents and connects to a school system that runs in rotating shifts. This reflects how the infrastructure was designed specifically to handle the large number of families living here.
