Marine Parade Community Building

The Marine Parade Community Building is a multi-story structure housing sports facilities, a public library, and various recreation spaces. The facility includes a gymnasium with transparent walls, a rooftop basketball court, and extensive collections of books and multimedia materials.

The building was completed around the year 2000, replacing an older neighborhood center from the 1980s. This construction marked a turning point in how the district developed its community infrastructure.

The exterior features a large mosaic tile mural designed to resemble a human eye, created by a Thai architect. This striking visual element is often the first thing visitors notice as they approach the building.
