CapitaSpring

CapitaSpring is a 280-meter tower with 51 floors located in the Raffles Place financial district. The building combines office spaces, residential units, restaurants, and multiple internal gardens within its vertical layout.

Construction of the tower began in 2018 and was completed in 2021, expanding the city's modern financial district. Since its opening, the building has become part of the evolving skyline of Raffles Place.

The name reflects the building's role as a contemporary financial landmark in the city's business district. The planted areas throughout the structure shape how visitors experience the space and demonstrate the city's commitment to bringing greenery into urban environments.

The building includes a public car park and a hawker center at ground level for convenient access. Visitor access to certain communal areas and public spaces within the structure is available, though upper floors house private offices.

The structure features a multi-story Green Oasis system integrated between residential and office sections with working gardens. The rooftop garden area supplies the building's restaurants with fresh herbs and produce grown on site.
