Shaw Tower

The original Shaw Tower was completed in 1975 and replaced two older cinema buildings that previously stood on the site. This reconstruction marked an important shift in how the area was developed.

The building housed a theater designed as Singapore's largest cinema hall, which was later divided into multiple screening rooms. This entertainment function continues to shape how visitors experience the space today.
