Parkview Square, Office building in Downtown Core, Singapore
Parkview Square is a 24-story office tower in Singapore's Downtown Core rising to 144 meters, with brown granite, bronze, and glass cladding featuring decorative detailing across its facade. The interior offers open floor plans with eleven elevators and flexible layouts that allow tenants to customize their office spaces.
The building was completed in 2002 as the final major project of Chyau Fwu Development's founder, C. S. Hwang. Its design by DP Architects marked a significant conclusion to the company's development legacy.
The third floor houses a museum space where rotating contemporary art exhibitions from around the world are displayed throughout the year for visitors.
The building is easily accessible to visitors and offers facilities in its public areas. Its central location provides convenient access to nearby shops and public transport connections.
The lobby features a bar with an unusual three-story tower displaying over 1000 gin varieties from around the world. This striking installation sits beneath an ornately decorated ceiling that rises several stories high.
