Phu Sa Dok Bua National Park, National park in eastern Thailand.

Phu Sa Dok Bua is a national park spanning three provinces in eastern Thailand, featuring mountains, valleys, rivers, and dense forests home to diverse wildlife. The landscape also contains a large cave system and stone pools located at higher elevations.

The cave system served as a shelter during political conflicts in the 1960s, marking an important chapter in the region's recent past. This period left its mark on how the site is remembered today.

The name refers to lotus flowers that grow naturally in stone pools near the summit, reflecting how the local community values this botanical feature. Visitors walking through the high areas notice these water basins and the flowers that bloom seasonally throughout the landscape.

The park is accessible through the headquarters located in Amphoe Don Tan in Mukdahan Province, offering hiking trails, camping areas, and guided tours. Visitors should prepare for hilly terrain and dense vegetation in some areas.

Natural stone pools at higher elevations contain lotus flowers that grow spontaneously year-round in this location. This spontaneous flowering at this height is a rare natural occurrence that many visitors overlook.
