TFF Riva Facility, Football training complex in Riva, Turkey
TFF Riva Facility is a football training complex in Istanbul with multiple building blocks housing offices, medical facilities, swimming pools, accommodation areas, and dining options. The site features seven professional playing fields with different surfaces including natural grass, artificial turf, and hybrid grass, each equipped with floodlights for evening use.
The Turkish Football Federation opened this national training center in 2014 after constructing it in roughly 14 months starting in 2013. The facility was built to provide a centralized training base for all national teams.
The facility carries the name of Hasan Doğan, a former Turkish Football Federation president, reflecting the national commitment to football development.
The complex offers on-site accommodation where teams can stay during training periods. Medical professionals and support facilities like swimming pools help athletes prepare and recover during their visits.
About one quarter of the accommodation rooms are specifically designed for athletes with disabilities, making this a training center accessible to all national teams. This design choice reflects a commitment to inclusive sports training.
