Ruisui Township is an administrative division in Hualien County on Taiwan's east coast. The area spreads around the Xiuguluan River, featuring hot springs, traditional villages, and farmland that visitors can explore at their own pace.
Ruisui developed as a settlement at the end of the Xiuguluan River, with its name reflecting this location. The railway station opened over 100 years ago, connecting the area to larger cities.
