Aurora Anguilla, Five-star hotel in Anguilla
Aurora Anguilla is a beachfront hotel on the island of Anguilla featuring modern white architecture with curved forms and expansive windows. The resort spans two bays, Rendezvous Bay and Merrywing Bay, with rooms in soft beige tones, pool and beach areas, multiple dining venues including Kitchen Table and Breezes, a spa, fitness facilities, and a forthcoming golf course designed by Greg Norman.
The resort opened in late 2021 following a comprehensive renovation from its previous iteration as CuisinArt Resort. The renaming to Aurora Anguilla marks a fresh start with refreshed interior design, updated aesthetics, and expanded facilities for today's guests.
Aurora Anguilla takes its name from the goddess of dawn, reflecting this spirit through its setting where guests experience sunrises over the sea. The place is used by visitors to embrace the slow rhythm of island life, with mornings on the beach and evenings at the resort's bars, making it a gathering point for relaxed leisure.
The resort is located about 14 minutes from the main airport and is easy to reach. On-site, guests can walk to the beach or rent a bike to explore nearby beaches and quiet pathways.
The resort operates its own greenhouse growing vegetables and fruits used directly in the hotel restaurants, giving dishes a fresh local flavor. This farm-to-table practice is uncommon for small Caribbean islands and demonstrates a commitment to sustainable ingredients.
