Cyberdog, shop in Camden Market in London
Cyberdog is a shop in Camden's Stables Market in London, selling clothing, footwear, jewelry, and accessories in glowing colors and futuristic cuts. The store spans several floors and covers styles ranging from Neon Clubwear and Kawaii to Cybertronic and a look it calls 2090s.
The shop was founded in 1994 by fashion designer Terry Davy and manager Spiros Vlahos, starting as a small stall in Camden aimed at the trance and rave scene. As it grew, it eventually opened locations in Ibiza and Egypt alongside the original London store.
The shop's name comes from the owners' pet chihuahua, and that playful spirit carries through everything inside. Shoppers here are often part of the club and rave scene, using the clothes and accessories to build looks that work as much on a dance floor as anywhere else.
The shop sits in the underground section of the Stables Market in Camden, and the surrounding area is easy to cover on foot with many other stores close by. Inside, the music is loud and the lighting is bright, so visitors who are sensitive to noise or strong light may want to keep that in mind.
Two large robot statues stand outside the entrance and are visible from a distance, serving as a meeting point for visitors in the busy market. They have gradually become one of the more recognizable markers in the whole Camden area.
