Kingsway, Nightclub and casino in Southport, England.
The three-story Art Deco building features large portrait windows, hexagonal turrets, and separate floors for the bar, nightclub, and casino areas.
Built in 1931 at the south end of the Promenade, the Kingsway Club hosted The Beatles' first performance there on January 22, 1962.
Throughout the 1960s, the venue presented performances by numerous British entertainers including Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, and Cilla Black.
The establishment operated as a multifunctional entertainment complex with a basement bar, ground floor nightclub, and top floor gaming facilities.
A devastating fire in September 2010 led to the demolition of this structure, with flames reaching 80 feet high and requiring 50 firefighters to control.
