Parrs Wood House, Grade II* listed Georgian villa in Didsbury, England.

Parrs Wood House is a Neoclassical-style building located in Didsbury, Manchester. The structure comprises a square main block with two service wings on the north side, featuring three bays across two floors.

The property was acquired in 1795 by Richard Farrington, who established its original form. His brother Joseph died at the house in 1821 after a fall at St James Church.

The house displays classical architectural details such as Tuscan columns and a bowed porch at the entrance. Visitors notice the striking flying staircase in the entrance hall, a prominent interior feature that catches the eye.

The building currently serves as the sixth-form center for Parrs Wood High School and functions as an active educational space. Visitors should note that access may be limited since the site remains in use as a school campus.

The interior contains a distinctive elliptical room on the first floor with features similar to the Cupola Room at Heaton Hall. This unusual room shape often goes unnoticed by visitors despite being a noteworthy example of classical interior design.
