Didsbury Campus, Grade II* listed building in Manchester, England

The Administration Building at Didsbury Campus exhibits Neoclassical architecture with symmetrical design elements, brick construction, and ornate stone detailing across its facade.

Originally established as a private estate in 1785, the site transformed into a Wesleyan Methodist theological college in 1842 before becoming an educational institution.

The campus facilities evolved from religious education to teacher training, reflecting the changing educational needs of Manchester's population through different periods.

Located on Wilmslow Road, the former campus structure now integrates into a residential development called St James Park while preserving its historical elements.

The building received Grade II* listed status in February 1952, placing it among the top 8% of protected structures in England.
