The red brick and tile structure stands on Queens Road, featuring Romanesque Revival architecture with stone elements in floors and doorways.
The foundation stone was laid by Bishop William Cotter in March 1912, and the church officially opened its doors on January 30, 1913.
The nave walls display frescoes by Robert Senior depicting biblical scenes including the Wedding at Cana and resurrection images from Isaiah.
The church holds Sunday Mass at 10:30 AM and daily Mass at 9:30 AM from Monday through Thursday, serving the local Catholic population.
Sir Nikolaus Pevsner recognized the church for its architectural merit, noting its placement on a triangular site overlooking Aldershot town center.
