The 117-meter Lexicon Tower features 36 floors with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, offering extensive views across the London cityscape from every apartment.
Completed in May 2016, the tower emerged from a 2004 master plan by Bennetts Associates, with initial designs by Squire and Partners before Skidmore Owings Merrill finalized construction.
The development integrates public and private spaces through ground-level retail areas and a waterfront restaurant that connects to City Road Basin.
The residential complex contains 307 units, divided between 200 private apartments and 107 affordable housing options, plus amenities including a spa, gym, and residents' lounge.
The building incorporates an innovative curtain wall system with low-iron glass and curved corner sections that maximize natural light penetration throughout the structure.
