The Keystone Building spans 165 feet on Stolp Avenue, featuring individual shops on the ground floor and identical exteriors across three upper floors.

Built in 1923, this structure designed by George Grant Elmslie became part of the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for its architectural merit.

The building incorporates organic terra cotta details with blue and gold coloring, reflecting design elements influenced by architect Louis Sullivan.
