Loerzel Beer Hall

The Loerzel Beer Hall is a three-story brick building located on Partition Street in Saugerties that originally served as a commercial gathering space. Today it functions as a residential apartment building while maintaining its original exterior architectural details.

The building was constructed in 1873 and served as an important social gathering place for the community for many years. It received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and underwent major restoration work in 1985.
