North Point Office Building and Tower, Office skyscraper in downtown Cleveland, United States
The North Point Office Building and Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown Cleveland standing 87 meters tall with 20 floors. Its facade features a distinctive pattern of blue and black horizontal stripes combined with expansive glass windows throughout the structure.
Construction of this office complex began in 1989 following a revised plan that differed from the original 1979 proposal. The project was initiated by Cleveland Press owner Joseph Cole.
The building represents the evolution of Cleveland's business district, housing major companies including the law firm Jones Day and professional services firm EY.
The building sits at 1001 Lakeside Avenue and connects to a parking garage via a covered bridge for convenient access. Visitors and tenants can take advantage of substantial parking facilities in the immediate surroundings.
Inside the building sits a nine-story glass atrium offering direct views of Cleveland's lakefront. This transparent design splits the triangular floor plans and creates an open connection to the surrounding waterfront landscape.
