Notre Dame College, Private educational institution in South Euclid, Ohio, US.
Notre Dame College was a higher education institution located in South Euclid, Ohio, occupying a campus with classroom buildings, dormitories, and sports grounds across roughly 48 acres (19 hectares). The site served students enrolled in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
The Sisters of Notre Dame founded the institution in 1922 as a women's college. It began admitting men in 2001 and closed operations in 2024.
The college maintained a tradition of combining liberal arts education with professional preparation through five academic divisions including Arts, Business, Education, Nursing, and Sciences.
Before closing, the institution arranged agreements with nine partner schools to help students transfer credits earned and continue their studies elsewhere. Visitors should be aware that the campus is no longer in active operation.
The Administration Building dating from 1928 is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and served as the only structure on the entire campus when it first opened. Additional buildings were added to the grounds in later years.
