The T-shaped building stands on four 120-foot stilts, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Flushing Meadows Park and the Manhattan skyline.
Built as the Port Authority Pavilion for the 1964 New York World's Fair, the structure initially served as a heliport with flights to JFK and Newark airports.
The venue reflects Queens' diversity through its menu selections, accommodating celebrations from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds throughout New York City.
Located at 52-11 111th Street, the facility contains multiple event spaces that accommodate groups from 50 to 1000 guests for ceremonies and receptions.
A 2017 renovation project invested 9 million dollars to modernize the facilities while maintaining the original architectural elements of the 1960s structure.
