The building was completed in 2013 and replaced an older eleven-story structure at this location. Upon its completion, it became the tallest building in the Washington metropolitan area.
The building connects directly to Rosslyn Metro Station and houses major international companies as workplace. The two-story entry hall creates a central gathering point for commuters and office workers.
The building features 16 elevators and 480 parking spaces for visitors and employees. Direct access to the metro station along with nearby highways and bridges makes it easy to reach by various transportation methods.
