Perry Hannah House, Historic mansion in Traverse City, United States.

The Perry Hannah House features 40 rooms across four floors, with ten fireplaces and diverse wood finishes including cherry, birch, and Brazilian mahogany.

Built between 1891 and 1893, this residence belonged to Perry Hannah, a lumber baron who established Hannah Lay and Company in 1851.

The mansion incorporates Queen Anne architectural elements with handmade Venetian tiles adorning eight of its ten meticulously crafted fireplaces.

Located at 305 6th Street, the property now functions as the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home while maintaining its original architectural features.

The construction required 30 to 60 carpenters working without electricity, using manual tools to create intricate details throughout the 14,000-square-foot structure.
