First Horizon Bank Tower

The First Horizon Bank Tower is a 25-story office building in downtown Memphis standing about 330 feet tall with a glass and steel exterior. The structure houses modern office space and features a distinctive design that makes it recognizable in the city's skyline.

The building opened in 1964 and was designed to serve as a major business hub for Memphis's growing downtown area. It replaced an earlier structure from 1927, marking a shift toward modernization in the city's commercial district.

The exterior walls display illuminated panels that light up Memphis's nighttime skyline with different patterns and graphics as seasons change. When you walk by at night, you see how these lights transform the building into a glowing landmark that changes its appearance throughout the year.
