200 Amsterdam, Residential tower in Upper West Side, Manhattan, US

200 Amsterdam is a residential tower on the Upper West Side in Manhattan containing 112 condominiums across 55 floors. The building features white marble interiors and oak flooring throughout its units.

The site previously housed the Lincoln Square Synagogue until it was demolished in 2015 to make way for this residential tower. Developers purchased the land and began construction on the new building following the removal.

The building shapes residential life near Lincoln Center and connects residents to New York's museums, theaters, and concert halls. Many people appreciate the proximity to cultural venues when choosing to live in this neighborhood.

Visitors can explore the neighborhood's many restaurants and shops along the Upper West Side. Nearby subway stations provide quick connections throughout Manhattan.

The building became the subject of a legal dispute over its height after a court ordered floor removal in 2020. A successful appeal the following year allowed the project to be completed as originally designed.
